1How charges are disclosed
1.1We show the applicable fee rate or amount in our live fee schedule or confirmation screen before you commit, subject to the execution and network-variation rules below. A rate shown in a test environment or promotion is not a live rate unless we also display it in the applicable transaction flow.
1.2We separate our fee, any third-party or network charge, spread or exchange rate, and applicable tax or withholding in the preview. We show the amount actually charged in your receipt or transaction history. If we cannot show a required fee or rate, we will not accept the transaction.
1.3By confirming a transaction, you authorise us to deduct the disclosed fee from the indicated balance or proceeds. We do not deduct a fee from a different asset without explaining the asset, conversion method and resulting amount before confirmation or in applicable product terms.
1.4A fee schedule can vary by product, trading pair, asset, network, account tier, volume, promotion or jurisdiction. Eligibility for a discounted rate is determined under the published conditions and does not continue after those conditions cease to be met.
1.5A screen marked as a test, estimate or illustration is not the final fee disclosure. The binding fee is the one presented in the applicable live flow and recorded for the completed transaction, subject to correction of a manifest or system error.
2Spot trading
2.1A maker order adds eligible liquidity to the order book; a taker order immediately removes eligible liquidity. A single order may have both maker and taker executions. We show the applicable maker and taker rates for your pair and account tier before you submit the order.
2.2We charge spot trading fees only on executed quantity, including each partial fill, using the disclosed rate and fee asset. We do not charge a trading fee on an unfilled cancelled quantity. We show the execution ID, price, quantity, fee rate, fee amount and fee asset in the execution receipt.
2.3The displayed order total is an estimate until execution. Price improvement, multiple fills, rounding and the fee asset can alter the final debit or credit, subject to disclosed precision rules.
2.4For each Fill, the general calculation is: executed quantity × execution price × applicable fee rate, adjusted where the fee is charged in another asset or the pair uses a different disclosed convention. The receipt identifies the actual inputs used.
2.5Maker or taker classification is determined for each Fill when it reaches the order book. An order can produce both types if part rests and another part executes immediately. Cancelling the unfilled remainder does not reverse fees on completed Fills.
2.6Minimum fee increments and asset precision can create rounding differences. We apply the published precision consistently and show the charged amount. We do not increase an executed quantity merely to collect a minimum fee.
2.7If a promotion or tier discount applies, we state its duration, eligibility, affected products and whether it combines with another discount. Reversal of an abusive or incorrectly awarded discount is handled under the relevant promotion terms and with an account record.
3Convert
3.1We show the input, output, quoted rate, quote validity and any separate service fee before you accept a Convert quote. The rate may incorporate a spread even when the separately listed fee is zero. If a quote expires, we provide a new quote before you confirm. We show the applied rate and amounts in the final receipt.
3.2A spread is the difference between the conversion rate offered to you and a reference or acquisition rate available to us. It is not shown as a separate debit when incorporated into the quote, so compare the exact input and output amounts before accepting.
3.3We do not change an accepted valid quote after completion. If the quote expires, the market moves or the transaction fails validation before acceptance, we may require a new quote rather than complete at the earlier rate.
3.4The conversion receipt identifies the operation reference, input and output assets and amounts, applied rate, separately charged fee if any, and completion status.
4Deposits and withdrawals
4.1We display any deposit charge or minimum that we impose before we provide payment instructions, where practicable. Your bank or a blockchain network may charge separately. We will not describe a deposit as free if we charge for it.
4.2Before you submit a withdrawal, we show the asset, network, amount, destination, our fee if any, estimated network charge and estimated net amount. If the network fee changes before submission, we ask you to confirm the revised amount. If a withdrawal fails before broadcast, we reverse our fee unless we have already incurred a clearly disclosed, non-recoverable third-party cost that we may lawfully pass on.
4.3A crypto deposit can require a minimum amount and network confirmations. If we charge a recovery or handling fee for an incorrectly routed deposit, we disclose it and obtain approval before attempting recovery. Recovery is not guaranteed.
4.4Withdrawal fees can be fixed, percentage-based or dynamically related to network conditions. The confirmation screen controls for that withdrawal. A network fee is not necessarily the exact amount later paid to an individual validator because withdrawals may be processed operationally in batches.
4.5A bank or payment provider can impose a charge independently of us. We identify a known pass-through charge, but your provider may apply additional costs under its own terms. Currency conversion by a provider can also affect the received amount.
4.6A withdrawal minimum, daily limit or compliance hold is not itself a fee. We present limits separately so they are not mistaken for amounts retained by us.
5Internal transfers and P2P
5.1A transfer between NEVIX accounts or wallet categories may be an internal ledger movement rather than a blockchain transaction. We show any transfer fee before confirmation and identify the sender, recipient or destination, amount and fee in the receipt. An internal transfer does not necessarily incur a blockchain network fee.
5.2If P2P is enabled, we show any advertisement, order, cancellation or appeal fee in the P2P flow before it applies. Your payment provider may charge separately. We do not impose an undisclosed penalty for a dispute or appeal.
5.3Where an internal transfer has no NEVIX charge, the receipt states zero rather than implying that a blockchain fee was paid. If a transfer is converted into an on-chain withdrawal, the withdrawal disclosure applies before confirmation.
5.4A P2P advertisement may include a price margin set by the advertiser. That margin is part of the transaction price, not necessarily a fee paid to us. Review the price, payment method, limits and any platform charge before accepting.
5.5We do not charge solely because you submit a good-faith P2P appeal. A disclosed cost caused by a payment reversal or external provider may be treated separately where lawful and supported by evidence.
6Futures and Earn
6.1If futures are enabled, we show trading commissions, funding methodology and any liquidation or settlement charge in the product rules and order preview. Funding is not the same as a trading commission. If Earn or staking is enabled, we explain reward calculation, any retained spread or service fee, and any early-redemption cost before you subscribe.
6.2Futures fees can depend on maker or taker status, contract type, notional value, account tier and settlement asset. Funding payments can be paid or received between long and short positions according to the published formula and interval; they are not retained as our trading commission unless expressly stated.
6.3Liquidation-related amounts, insurance contributions or settlement charges are described in the futures product rules. We do not describe a liquidation deduction as an ordinary trading fee if it serves a different purpose.
6.4Earn or staking returns may be quoted before or after our fee or retained spread. The product disclosure states the calculation basis, whether a rate is variable, when rewards accrue and what deduction applies on redemption.
7External costs and taxes
7.1Blockchain validators, banks, payment services and other external parties may charge separately. We identify costs that we pass through to you when we know them before confirmation. Taxes, withholding and reporting follow applicable law, including any applicable Malaysian taxes; your own tax obligations may differ from our charges.
7.2If law requires us to withhold or collect tax, we identify the basis and amount in the transaction record where practicable. A tax amount is not a service fee and may be remitted to an authority.
7.3You remain responsible for taxes not collected by us and for determining the legal character of your transactions. We do not provide individual tax advice through a fee statement.
7.4We do not add an undisclosed markup to a third-party charge represented as a direct pass-through. If we charge a separate handling or service amount, we identify it as our charge.
8Corrections and changes
8.1We may correct an incorrectly charged fee after investigation and provide an auditable adjustment. Fee changes apply prospectively and will be disclosed before a new transaction. An already completed execution will not be repriced merely because a fee schedule later changes.
8.2We may change rates, tiers or promotions for future transactions. Where a material change is not dynamic by nature, we publish it before it applies or provide notice required by applicable law. A network charge may change more quickly because it depends on external conditions.
8.3If a receipt conflicts with the authoritative execution and ledger records, we investigate the calculation inputs and correct the fee or display. A customer can dispute the result through support and the Complaints Policy.
8.4If an error caused undercharging, we do not silently alter historical records. Any lawful correction is separately recorded and communicated with its basis, subject to security and legal limits.
9Examples and questions
9.1Illustration only: if an executed spot trade has value 1,000 USDT and the rate we display is 0.10%, the trading fee is 1 USDT before any separate tax or rounding. This example does not state our current live rate.
9.2Illustration only: an order for 1,000 USDT of value that fills 400 USDT before cancellation is charged only on the 400 USDT executed value at the applicable displayed rate; the unfilled 600 USDT has no trading fee.
9.3Fee questions or disputes: support@nevix.com; formal complaints: complaints@nevix.com.
9.4Multiple-fill illustration: if a limit order executes in three Fills, we calculate the fee for each Fill using its own execution value and applicable classification. The sum of the recorded Fill fees is the order’s total trading fee, subject to disclosed rounding.
9.5Withdrawal illustration: the amount received equals the requested amount less the fee shown at confirmation where the fee is deducted from that asset. If the fee is charged separately, the confirmation and receipt identify the separate debit.
9.6Examples explain methodology only. Live rates, minimums, tiers and network amounts are those displayed in the applicable NEVIX flow. Contact support@nevix.com before confirming if the fee display is unclear.
